By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this User Agreement, you must not use the Application.
The Application is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Application in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Application or its services.
You are responsible for your use of the Application and for any actions taken through your device. You agree not to misuse the Application, attempt to gain unauthorized access, exploit bugs, or engage in any activity that may harm the Application or other users.
All content within the Application, including but not limited to game design, artwork, graphics, text, sound effects, music, and software, is owned by or licensed to the Application provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The Application may offer optional in-app purchases or virtual items. All purchases are final and non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable platform policies. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and may only be used within the Application.
The Application may display advertisements. The type, frequency, and placement of advertisements may change over time as part of normal operation.
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No warranties are made regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of content. Your use of the Application is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Application.
Your access to the Application may be suspended or terminated if you violate this User Agreement or misuse the Application. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
The Application may be updated or modified from time to time to improve gameplay, fix bugs, or comply with platform requirements. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Application.
This User Agreement may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of the updated User Agreement.
